When you get your diagnosis, I know there lots of people who react like I did. It made me less ashamed of how I feel. But I still feel ashamed. Here I am with the horse Robban. He’s been very important for me.

Two of the times I’ve been depressed, I’ve jumped from a fifteen storey building. I was very lucky to have survived.
